We offer private lessons, for students of all ages, with highly talented, experienced, ministry-minded teachers in piano, guitar, bass, ukulele, drums, and strings (violin, viola, cello).

Instrumental Lesson Tuition

Tuition of $92 per month (instrumental) or $100 (advanced instrumental) includes four 30-minute lessons which occur on a weekly basis at a day and time agreed between the teacher and student/parent.  Tuition is due at first scheduled lesson and by the 7th of each month after.

Instrument Requirements

Each student must have his/her own personal instrument for lessons and in order to practice between lessons. Specific requirements are noted within the bio of each instrument’s teacher. Also, instructors are happy to advise the student/ parent(s) or guardian(s) regarding choice of instrument.

Vocal Instruction:

Introduction to Vocal Performance:

Introduction to Vocal Performance is comprised of 3 months (12 consecutive weeks) of once-weekly ½ hour lessons.  It offers prospective vocal students an overview of vocal performance techniques and a concise period of basic vocal coaching/assessment.  At the end of the 3 month introductory period, students will receive the teacher’s assessment of vocal training needs and objectives as well as a proposed plan for private vocal lessons with Ms. Walston for students who wish to pursue on-going vocal training.  Cost – $92 per month with a finite, 3-month commitment.

Private Vocal Lessons:

Private Vocal Lessons with Mrs. Walston will provide in-depth, on-going instruction in vocal technique and performance for teenaged and adult vocal students wishing to develop their God-given vocal talents to their fullest potential.  Four ½ hour lessons per month are scheduled to occur weekly.  Cost – $100 per month, with a commitment to ongoing vocal training and a two-week notification requirement for termination of lessons.

At the first lesson, the student/parent will be asked to complete a Registration Form and sign the Student Policies.  These completed forms, along with the first month’s payment may be given to the teacher or placed in the drop box outside of the Academies office.  If preferred, payments may be made through Kindrid Online, choosing “Music Academy” as the recipient.
